CoBiToM Project
I'm currently working with Prof. Dr. Hakan Volkan Şenavcı & Kerem Erdem on this project.
CoBiToM Project is an international observing program that investigates merging processes and seeks for red nova progenitors among contact binaries.
AutoHammer
I have developed a spectrum normalization program that simplifies the normalization process using synthetic data as a reference. This tool leverages TLUSTY model atmospheres to iteratively calculate chemical abundances, ensuring precise results for stellar spectra analysis.
Looking ahead, the program aims to integrate Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to normalize spectra more efficiently and with reduced error margins. This approach will significantly enhance the speed and accuracy of spectrum normalization, making it an invaluable tool for large datasets.


Rocketry Team
Our rocket going to 10k ft. It aims to detect the air mass by taking the spectrum of the Sun by deploying the payload at the apogee point.
PhasePlot - Astro Object
As part of this project, I and Kerem Erdem are making our photometric reduction and statistical analysis program using python. When the program is finished, it will reduce the photometric data instantly and allow us to obtain a real-time phase graph.
Secondly, Astro Object has combined the visibility of objects, ToMs and what an observer might need with the support of some necessary tools under a single program.


Astrophotography
I am interested in astrophotography in the time gaps during our scientific project days. :)
